- Implement and maintain quality assurance and control processes in accordance with NABH guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and revise policies, procedures, and protocols related to quality management.
- Provide training and education to staff members on quality-related topics and protocols.
- Investigate incidents, complaints, and adverse events, and develop action plans to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities, including reports, records, and documentation for accreditation purposes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality management and healthcare delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare quality management role, preferably in a NABH accredited hospital.
