Job Description

  • Online quality control of all material grades blown films(BFL).
  • Online quality control of solventless & solvent base flexible lamination.
  • Online quality control of printing, slitting & flexible pouching process.
  • Online quality control of injection molded components.
  • Maintaining records at all quality control stages like receiving, inprocess & final inspection.
  • Understand customer standard requirements & specifications.

Skills

  • Sound knowledge about handling of quality equipment's like -UTM, opacity tester, Core compressive tester, corrugated sheet burst tester, FDI, OD Tester,COF tester,MFI tester,scuff tester,heat sealer,thickness tester,pouch leak tester,pouch compression tester,puncture resistance tester,tear tester,gelbo flex tester,pantone booth,dyne solution preparation,etc.
  • Knowledge about flexible packaging raw materials,packing material & their quality control.
  • Well known about GMP & 5S. Knowledge of basic ISO documents.
