Description:
We are looking for smart engineers to join our Sustenance Engineering team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should be excellent at writing test plans and test cases. The work environment is completely Agile, highly collaborative, and fast-paced. Prior experience in having worked in software as a service (SaaS) model or enterprise product companies is an absolute plus.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the quality of the modules you are assigned
- Analyze functional specifications and clarify requirements with Product Management
- Create Test Plans and Test Cases
- Maintain and execute automation scripts
- Manage defects and bugs effectively
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 2 to 4 years of experience as Quality Engineer.
- The ideal candidate should be excellent at writing test plans and test cases.
- Knowledge and understanding of Test management tools like Jira / VSTS etc.
- Experience on Postman for API testing
- Knowledge of SQL. Should be able to write queries of reasonable complexity.
- Ability to do the initial troubleshooting of the application and narrow down defects.
- Automation experience using Selenium with Java would be a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge on Mobile testing would be a plus.
