Title: QA Engineering Manager

Shift Time: 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced QA Engineering Manager to lead our QA team and drive the implementation of test automation and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA leadership, hands-on experience in automation testing, and knowledge of DevOps principles

Roles & Responsibilities:

Define and implement QA test strategies across unit, component, API, mobile, and UI levels

Identify and address bottlenecks within the product and QA processes

Build and manage the QA team, including hiring, coaching, and mentoring team memberstooling to ensuremanaging

Lead the improvement and implementation of best practices, methodologies, and toolingtoensure quality coverage for our products

Advocate for testability, drive best engineering practices, and defect prevention

Collaborate with Platform and Infrastructure teams to manage test infrastructure and ensure smooth integration with CI/CD pipelines

Work closely with the DevOps team to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools suchas Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Helm

Establish and visualize metrics for measuring quality and manage stakeholder expectations

Qualifications:

9+ years of experience in QA and Automation Testing

Hands-on experience with developing test frameworks and strategies for UI, API, and performance tests using tools like Playwright, Pytest, and K6

Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and experience with CI/CD pipelines

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus
