What You Will Do
- Execute barrier equipment calibration
- Lead improvement teams
- Provide trainings and develop newcomers
- Build daily prioritisation base on production needs and current situation
- Support pillar in terms of KPIs/Targets achievements
- Support pillar in terms of KAIs (Key Activity Indicator) execution
- Support in Internal claims analysis8. Ensure proper SPC application
We believe you have
At least 5-6 years experience as quality technician or Fresh candidate with basic diploma in Quality/ Food Safety/ Statistical/ Chemical function;
Good knowledge of production processes
Good knowledge of P2 Q points control
Good knowledge of all production Barrier Quality lab standard equipments calibration Basic knowledge of Product safety (Food safety) WCM knowledge: Quality Matrixes, 5C0D, RCA (Ishikava Diagram and 5Whys), Deployment concepts and Pareto Analysis Basic knowledge of WCM methodologies: PDCA cycle, 12 step of Kaizen
