n Knowledge of ISO, IS standard
n Minimize rework.
nJob description
n To ensure on-line testing of the products and quality assurance
nequipment is maintained in good condition.
n To ensure that test methods are strictly adhered to and test reports
nare forwarded to designated authority.
n Coordinate the overall quality specifications and standards for raw
nmaterials, processes, inspection and finished product storage
n Report online non-conformances and recommendations to
nProduction manager or Dispatch Manager and follow up the same
n Actively participate & responsible for the implementation of 5Sin
nshop floor.
n Shall be responsible for maintaining good condition & safety of
nequipment and accessories in their respective work area.
n Take disciplinary actions
n Authorize to stop the production activity when there is any non
nconformance observed regarding product with consultation of
nsuperior.
n Authorize to reject the material which not meets the standard
nspecifications with consultation of superior.
