Job Overview
Quality Engineer - Plastic Injection role is a full-time position located in Gurgaon. The ideal should be responsible for entire quality area including, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, documentation etc.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures for plastic injection processes.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any issues or defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Create and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports and test results.
- Develop and execute quality assurance plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Train and mentor employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions to address identified issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in plastic injection technology.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Plastic technology.
- Proven experience in quality engineering within the plastic injection industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and techniques.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for plastic injection processes.
- Ability to conduct inspections, audits, and root cause analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
