Incoming inspection of raw material/sourcing products
Develop/identify inspection and/or detection methods for critical Quality/Process parameters and ensure quality during the manufacturing process
Final inspection of consignment before every dispatch
Developing and maintaining Quality and process parameters based on PFMEA
Support CFT to analyze quality issues
Support for IMS system-related documentation and system implementation within the plant.
Support for documentation for inspection methods, incoming inspection plans, control plans, process plans, risk assessments, etc and implementing inspection method at shop floor.
Collect data for CTQs parameters and KPIs and coordinate with manager for improvement activity based on data analysis result.
Development and implementation of 5s lean management system within organization.
Preferred Education:
Diploma/BE Mechanical Engineering ( Fresher/ Experience)
