Quality Engineer -CMM

Description

We are seeking a Quality Engineer - CMM with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through the use of CMM equipment. This position will be based in India.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CMM equipment to measure and inspect parts
• Create inspection reports and analyze data
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in quality engineering with expertise in CMM
• Proficiency in using CMM software such as PC-DMIS and Calypso
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and metrology principles
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
