Main Responsibilities Include
- To oversee the Quality Assurance & Quality Control System at the site
- To supervise quality standards and enforce quality control programs.
- To provide solutions to quality related problems and verify the implementation of the same.
- Preparation and issuance of quality NCRs.
- To initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of non-conformity relating to Quality Control Systems
- To arrange and coordinate internal audits and report any non-conformance to QA/QC.
- To arrange dissemination of state-of-the art knowledge in Construction technology and Quality Control techniques in the form of standards, codes of practice, journals, technical articles.
- To liaise with and assist engineers and supervisors in QC document presentation, verification and reporting of construction tasks to ensure compliance.
- To close out issues requiring corrective actions and implement preventive measures.
- Preparing & tracking the status of closure of observation & NCRs
The candidate must have
- Experience of working in Residential, real-estate projects, commercial, retail projects / similar project will be preferred.
- Be a team player and good coordination with the team members.
- Knowledge in the understanding site layout drawings, Engineering drawings, technical specifications, bill of materials
- Conversant in all packages of Civil, Structural, Finishes and basic understanding of MEP services integration.
- Working knowledge of project management best practices
- Solid communication and team working skills.
- Ability to navigate stressful work situations.
- Experience on QA & QC roles & responsibilities
- Any digital app-based application knowledge (if any)
- Adept at MS Office applications
Minimum Qualification
Qualification: BE / BTech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 5-7 Years
Industry: Real Estate/ Residential/Commercial Buildings/Healthcare/ Hotel or any relevant sector
