Job Description -
To have Central focus for Project Quality Engineering in Phase 1 and Phase 2 and To accomplishment the Quality results as per Phase 1 and Phase 2 of each Projects
Management and Execution of Quality Engineering Functions as below -
DVP Test Planning and Sign off with Customer / Internal Design / Plant Quality
Finalyse Budgetory Quote for DVP Testing and meet Budget Cost. DVP Test Fixture Concept finalyse in case specific Fixture Required .
Checking Fixture Concept Sign off with Internal CFT and Customer
On time Development of Checking Fixture -Follow up and Tracking
Ensure Guage Acceptance ( Validation - Repeatability Study /CMM /3D CAD ) Maintain Checking Fixture Budget and Actual (FTR) .
Prepare Prototype Control Plan , Prototype Test Validation Plan & Sign Off
Quality Commitment Sign off etc are some of the activities which needs to be carried with the precision of time and dedication.
Conduct Customer Specific Requirement Review and Action plan follow up in phase 1 & 2 .
Maintaining Documentation in DMS as per Phase 1 and Phase 2 deliverables
