About our Team:
The Quality Test Engineer III is a position in Quality Assurance responsible for developing and executing performance and automation tests
About the Role:
This role will act as a hybrid role working both with software engineers, application management and system engineers to help optimize our software delivery using best of breed tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, Antifactory, SonarQube, New Relic, Kubernetes, Argo CD and Amazon Web Services.
Responsibilities: -
Overall Work Experience: 3-5 Years
The successful candidate must have the following skills/characteristics:
3-5 years of experience in software testing
Graduate or above, in a computer related discipline
Quick learner
Sound experience working with java/ JavaScript
Efficient testing approaches with effective attention to detail
Good experience working with web application and web services
Good understanding of Micro Front End and Micro services
Experience in automation of Web applications/Web Services and creating automation framework from scratch
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good team player and work on minimal supervision
A real interest for software development and high-quality code.
Requirements: -
Experience in Automation Testing
Experience in any languages - JavaScript/Typescript
Experience in creating automation framework from scratch (any language/ build tool)
Experience in maintaining the framework, fixing broken tests
Experience in setting up CI pipelines in any tools(Jenkins, team city, bamboo, GitHub actions, etc.).
Automation for Web Performance/API Load testing
Understanding of Kafka, Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams
Understanding of Mongo DB, writing queries
