We are seeking a Quality Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of quality control processes and be able to identify and solve complex quality issues. They should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
• Identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
• Create and maintain documentation of quality control processes
• Perform audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve quality issues
• Train and educate team members on quality control processes

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in quality engineering
• Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
• Experience with quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
