Quality Control Engineer

Asst. Manager - QC

Job Responsibility:

1-He must have experience in Quality Control department in manufacturing unit.

2- Well knowledge of Preparation of SOPs, Formats and other QC related documents and timely revision.

3-Inspection testing of incoming raw material as per specifications and prepare inspection reports.

4-Inspection testing of First Piece & in-process material as per specifications and prepare inspection reports.

5-Inspection testing of finished products as per specifications and prepare inspection reports.

6-Preparation and update of Control plan (Quality Plan) for Incoming inspection, In process inspection and Final inspection.

7-Preparation and update of Control sheet (First Piece inspection sheet, In-process inspection sheet, Final Product Inspection sheet.)

8-To plan all outsourced testing activities (Raw Material Physical and Chemical Testing etc.) and review the test certificate as per defined control plan.

9-Assist in validation and calibration of equipment like Vernier calliper, Micrometer, pressure gauge, temperature gauge, etc.

10-Preparation of documents and records for various audits ISO 13485, CE, MDSAP, Customer audits

11- Good knowledge of product Mechanical testing (i.e., Tensile testing, hardness testing, etc.)

12-Good Problem-solving skills.

13-Good knowledge in CAPA.

14-Can do Rejection Analysis.

15-Good Measuring instruments knowledge.

16-Good Communication skills.

17-Good Managerial skills.

18- non-confirming product handling skills.

19- Other Rolls and Responsibility assign by senior.

20-Langauge known Gujarati, Hindi, English

*Medical Device Experience is to be prefer first.
