Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Control Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our products and processes. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in quality control. This is a full-time position based in Thane, Maharashtra, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in quality control
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, tools, and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying quality issues
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using quality control software and tools
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to quality control
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control inspections and tests to ensure product and process compliance with established standards
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns in quality data
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Monitor and maintain quality documentation and records
- Identify areas for improvement in quality control processes and suggest corrective actions
- Train and educate team members on quality control procedures and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to quality control
- Calibration, Repair, and maintenance of measurement and testing equipment.
- Performs all kinds of site inspections, follow-up of activities, and approval.
- Suggest Corrective and preventive actions on non-conformities.
- Witnesses material testing.
- Evaluate Subcontractors /Service Providers based on their performance and daily activities
