7 Preparation of Process sheet for Theme

8 Preparation of Process sheet for Steel Painting.

9 Preparation of Process sheet for Pattern / Molds

10 Preparation of checklist for Vendor Qualification for Steel

11 Preparation of checklist for welder Qualification for Steel

12 Preparation of Supplier Qualification Plan for CTQ raw materials

13 Maintaining of QC and inspection check list for RM / Brought out items.

14 Maintaining of QC and inspection checklist for Daily production of FRP (HL/ LRTM)

15 Maintaining of QC and inspection checklist for Steel Fabrication.

16 Maintaining of QC and inspection checklist for Steel painting.

17 Maintaining of QC and inspection checklist for Theme.

18 Conducting NDT at random intervals for CTQ items

19 Maintaining of QC and inspection checklist for production of theme.

20 Preparation of Rejection Report for rejected material for debit to Vendors/Suppliers

21 Maintaining of CAAPA file

22 Analysis and Updating of CAAPA file and submitting of report to TM.

23 Preparation of Final inspection sheet and submitting analysis with Suggestions to TM

24 Certifying Bills of Vendors for approval of payment

25 Taking initiatives and implimenting of KAIZAN in QA/QC dept.

26 Preparation of Risk mitigation plan for Dept. and submitting to TM.

27 Maintaining the QC Lab and Maintaining the analytical Reports

28 Conducting training for QA/QC process within Organisation

29 Visiting installation sites for QC of installation process

30 Giving Presentation of our QA/QC process to Customers
