Quality Assurance Specialist

The role of a Sr Executive Quality Assurance (Location : Silvassa)

Role :

To achieve Process / Quality conformance as per the Quality Assurance program/ plan to make sure that, quality is maintained at every stage from raw material to finished goods till it reaches to end customer & achieve 100% customer satisfaction on quality front.

Job Description

Implementation of quality plan and ensure effective quality product through incoming material inspection, in-process inspection and Finished Goods Inspection.

Execution, maintenance & improvement of existing quality assurance system by using quality tools, trainings and SOP's.

Analyzing customer claims and investigate the root causes, prepare Corrective Action Preventive Action with coordinating with operational team.

To get the lab analysis for Finished goods and arrange the results to line Quality controllers for Batch wise product as per quality plan.

Liaison with customer and Conduct Lab analysis of third-party inspections for Finished goods and arrange the docs as per approved Quality Assurance Plan to Third Party Inspection agency representatives.

Identity new sources for samples testing and coordinating the Supply Chain Management in New Vendor evaluation and vendor performance.

Update/draft new quality assurance documents such as quality manual, procedure, work instruction, purchase specifications, quality assurance plan etc. as per RIL Quality Management system requirements and to issue these documents as per the procedure for document and data control.

To involve in the implementation of MR process and to perform internal quality audits.

To actively involved in Troubleshooting of process problems.

To co-ordinate the process team to take trials and analyzing and recording the data

To co-ordinate in implementing all applicable policies of Quality Management System, Environmental Health & Safety

Work Experience

Min 4-6 Years experience in Quality Assurance in Glass Wool / Rockwool, PUF insulation Industry or automotive industry in establishing & maintaining quality assurance plan.

Experienced in relevant area of Quality Assurance

Qualification:

Master's degree in science / Degree in Chemical Engineering.
