Job Description

  • Documenting and maintaining document as per ISO 13485 or any other standard requirement.

  • Complete knowledge about processes.

  • Control of record and documents as per QMS.

  • Help in Execute QMS documents.

  • Complete knowledge of Validation activity for processes and equipment.

  • Prepare Validation protocol (IQ, OQ, PQ) and reports.

  • Prepare SOP and Quality procedure where required.

  • Support in Internal and External Audits and prepare Internal audit plan, checklist and Final report.

  • Support another department to complete audit NC (Minor, Major).

  • Review and compile DHR (Device history records)
  • Prepare Certificate of analysis where required.

  • Complete knowledge about IPQA activity.

  • Final product Label Artwork approval process.

  • Clean Room Environment Monitoring.

  • Prepare Change control as and when required.

  • Review external test reports according to requirements.

  • Coordinate with different department for QA activities.

  • Other work assigned by senior.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: 45,000.00 - 55,000.00 per month
