Quality Assurance Officer Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Review and approval of technical documents (Stability Protocol, Report, SOP, BMR, BPR, MFR and COA).
2. Preparation of documents for the internal and external audits in the department and Corrective & preventive action for the same.
3. Quality Management system implementation in the organization as per ISO 13485:2016.
4. Accountable for calibration / validation of the instruments.
5. Handling of Risk Management.
6. Responsible for review of all IQ, OQ, PQ protocol and approval all the reports.
7. Reviewing and preparing batch release documents.
8. Any other task assigned by Reporting Manager.
Education Qualification: Any Graduate having relevant experience in IVD/Medical device industry.
Experience - 2-3 yrs ( IVD / Medical Device Industry )
Job timing : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Location : Chhattisgarh (Dist - Durg)
Personal skills and attributes:
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Able to work alone as well as being a team player when required.
Good Knowledge of MS office, Excel, Word, OS-Windows- 10 or above
