Job responsibilities

Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand critical business drivers.

Work with product and engineering managers to set roadmap milestones.

Drive QA automation plan and set quality KPIs.

Work with team in driving test plans for sprints.

Hire and manage team.

Experience and Skills required:

Relevant experience of 5+yrs

Managed team in agile development environment.

Familiar with Cloud ecosystem and API products

Worked on multi-tenant enterprise SaaS products.

Well versed with latest DevOps practices.

Led UI and API test automation.

Engineering background is preferred.

Aware of Domain Driven Design.

Knowledge of enterprise HCM products is a plus.
