This is a full-time on-site role as a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of quality assurance in our manufacturing processes. This includes developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections and tests, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Quality Assurance Manager will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance the overall quality of our products.

• Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and processes
• Experience in managing quality assurance in a manufacturing environment
• Expertise in conducting inspections and tests
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret and analyze technical data
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Experience with quality management systems
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Experience in the transformer industry is a plus
