Min 3 Years as QC Engineer in an Automotive component manufacturing co.

-Ability to make 8D (CAPA) reports -Ability to make PPAP documentation

- Ability to make APQP documents

- Generate PDI + RMTC reports

- Resolving customer complaints

- Continuous improvments

- Inspect & approve all incomming material

- Ensure availability of RMTC + PDI with each lot from supplier

- Undertake supplier quality improvement

- Supplier evaluation

- Supplier quality audits

- Compliance of supplier KPI's

- Maintaining records of all incoming RMTC & Inspection report |-

-Conduct daily in process inspection - Undertake quality improvement projects in the plant

- Have Poka-Yoke systems in plant

- Layered Audits

- Knowledge & ability to use Solid Works

- Advance Excel

- Statistical & Quality assurance skills

-Good knowledge of QMS + IATF standard Documentations of IATF -Experience in using different measuring instruments

- Excellent communication & Listening skills

- Process Audits

- Product Audits

-Training to manpower for continuous improvement

- Instruments calibration as per frequency plan

- Conduct SPC + MSA + LUX + Poison test
