Job Description
*Role Definition:
To ensure food safety and quality systems and process establishment, maintain documentation and continuous updating according to changes in requirement of customers, certifications and other regulations and guidelines, supplier monitoring, overall process and product quality monitoring for meat, fish and eggs
*Responsibility Deliverable (KRA):
Ensure receiving of RM and Non-RM in best quality per the standards of MCM.
Responsible for implementing best Quality practices in processing.
QA Processes and monitoring systems will be developed at the plant and the outlets.
Good Manufacturing Practices & Good Hygienic Practices
In-store monitoring of product quality
Product Shelf-Life validation
Product testing & compliance as per FSSAI
Supplier Quality Performance Monitoring & improvement process
Product Traceability
Product Contact Surfaces testing and validation
Labelling & packing material Compliance
Customer feedback & improvement process
Training of Personnel on GMP, GHP, Product and Process Controls
Record keeping
*Task & Activities:
Responsible for creation of documents, updating and revision and approval
Co-ordinating for calibration, internal audits, medical checkups and induction documents.
Conducting Mock recall and trace recall to verify the system is properly working.
Conducting Mock crisis management and emergency situations and record keeping.
Customer complaint investigation support and CAPA implementation
Co-ordinate for external laboratory analysis, quotations, report collection, verification
Supporting in continuous improvement projects as needed
Supporting validation studies of CCP and PRP and preparation of documents.
Coordination for specification for RM and FG
Preparation of periodic analysis reports for customers
Nonconformity follow-ups and CAPA verification and implementation for audits.
Supporting shelf-life studies
Coaching, mentoring and supervising QA team
Coordinate for the Internal Audit and ensure that the non-Conformities raised are timely closed.
Performing surprise GMP/ Personal Hygiene, Facility Inspections including utilities
Responsible for developing and Managing the Food Safety & Quality Systems
