The ideal candidate will have between 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our product lines.
Qualifications And Skills
- Quality Control (Mandatory skill)
- Diploma/BE
- ISO documentation and Implementation (Mandatory skill)
- Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies and the ability to implement them effectively
- Experienced in risk management practices to minimize potential quality issues
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance standards relevant to the manufacturing industry
- Proven team leadership and people management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address and rectify quality concerns
- Effective communication skills to liaise between different departments and ensure clarity in quality standards
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery
- Monitor and oversee all stages of the production process to guarantee adherence to company quality standards
- Conduct regular quality audits and prepare comprehensive reports detailing outcomes and areas for improvement
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve quality-related issues and implement preventive measures
- Maintain ISO documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations
- Lead and mentor the quality assurance team to maintain high levels of productivity and morale
- Identify training needs and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team capabilities
- Implement process improvements to enhance overall quality and efficiency within the manufacturing operations
