Quality Assurance Manager

Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager for Canada, Hongkong and Germany. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-11 years of experience in the job market context of India. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that our products and services meet or exceed customer expectations. The candidate should have excellent leadership skills and be able to effectively manage a team of quality assurance specialists.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures
• Ensure that all products and services meet or exceed customer expectations
• Manage a team of quality assurance specialists
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
• Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance processes and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
• Develop and maintain a quality management system

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 1-11 years of experience in quality assurance in the Indian job market context
• In-depth knowledge of quality assurance processes and procedures
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001, and CQE are a plus
