Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Technical Manager to

oversee and manage QA deliveries at our [Insert Location] office. The ideal candidate will be

proficient in both manual and automation testing and have the ability to lead a team of QA

professionals effectively. While coding and code review skills are desirable, they are not

essential for this role.

quality assurance.

A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Familiarity with coding languages and code review processes is a plus, though not

essential.

What You Will Do:

Manage QA Deliveries: Oversee and ensure the timely delivery of QA projects and

tasks at the respective location, coordinating with project managers, developers, and other

stakeholders to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Manual and Automation Testing: Design, develop, and execute manual and automated

test cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and maintaining high standards of

quality assurance.

Lead the QA Team: Lead and mentor a group of QA professionals, providing guidance,

support, and development opportunities while fostering a collaborative and productive

team environment.

Implement QA Best Practices: Implement and maintain QA best practices, standards,

and processes, monitoring and evaluating QA metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate and Communicate: Act as the primary point of contact for QA-related

matters at the respective location, communicating effectively with cross-functional teams

and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.

Optional - Code Review: While not essential, contribute to coding tasks and support the

development team in identifying and resolving code-related issues when needed.

Nice to Have:

Experience with performance testing and security testing.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.

Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.

Certification in QA or related fields (e.g., ISTQB).

Experience with cloud-based testing environments and tools.

Familiarity with database testing and SQL.
