- Candidates should be from the lighting (manufacturer) Industry .
- He should have well versed with all processes of LED light assembly.
- He should be expertise in Quality tools (DFMEA,PFMEA,SOP's,QAP,Work instruction )
- He should have knowledge about the factory audit and also do the documentation which is required for the process.
- He should have strong problem solving skills.
- He must be Proficient with Ms Excel, Word.
- He should have knowledge about the sustainability audit (i.e labour , Heath ,Safety, Ethics , Environment)
- Candidates should be confident and be a good team player.
- He must have good knowledge about the CAPA working procedure.
