We are seeking a talented QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous
testing and validation procedures. The QA Engineer must collaborate with cross-functional
teams inside to develop test plans, create test case scenarios, execute test cases and
troubleshoot issues to ensure a seamless user experience for the products.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate software
functionality and performance and manage bug lists
2. Performing manual testing of our product and validating that system response and
output accurately reflect business requirements as outlined in requirement
specification
3. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to
understand project requirements and ensure test coverage.
4. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency
and effectiveness.
5. Review functional and technical specifications to develop test plans.
6. Work with product team to create test scripts to do functional testing, regression
testing, security testing and load testing
7. Participating in reviews at all phases of the software development cycle
8. Contributing to overall Quality Assurance best practices, strategy and methodology
9. Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and quality
assurance trends to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 1-2 years of proven experience as a Test Engineer, QA Engineer, or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
4. Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar
frameworks.
5. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in
a collaborative team environment.
