Job Description-

SW AQE Engineer will be responsible to verify internal and external customer needs and verify how the engineering team implement and track those requirements. The SWAQE will have to responsibility to challenge and support the software organization in the ASPICE establishment. SWAQE will have the responsibility to support internal and external software assessment and external audit as ASPICE and IATF.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Define the quality needs on a project Responsible of the quality planning through the entire product lifecycle Ensure quality of the requirements and their management Maintain and follow quality goals in software development Ensure that quality target is in phase within project planning Ensure communication/reporting to customers and other quality stakeholders Propose and handle process improvement Participate and handle ASPICE development into the organization Responsible of the software quality deliverable 2 Expected Competencies

YOU MUST HAVE-

Proven ability to execute on engineering deliverables Organization skills and be autonomous Expertise in automotive SPICE environment Expertise in IATF environment Knowledge in requirement engineering Knowledge in static analysis, unit test, integration test and qualification Knowledge in problem solving (As 8D) Excellent motivational skills: a person with the ability to achieve goals and the highest standards of performance in a dynamic fast paced environment. Ability to work with internal customer over other region in different time zone Attention to details and on time delivery Clear, strategic thinker with the ability to identify, analyze and solve complex problems
