Job Overview
Seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to uphold and enhance standards in steel production at MS Agarwal Foundries Pvt Ltd. Full-Time position in Medchal and Medak with a competitive salary range. - Maintain all testing of TMT bar as per standard IS 1786/2008, IS 1599:1985 & IS 1608(Part 1) : 2018 like sec wt. check, grade, Elongation%, Bend test ,Re-bend Test, Ring test & A.R. value
- Thermax parameter setting as per size, mill speed and Inlet, outlet temperature
- E.R.P maintain for issue test certificate with proper communication with Dispatch and SMS Q.C
- Certified Internal Auditor in IMS (Integrated Management System: ISO-9001-2015, 14001-2015 & 45001- 2018 )
- BIS License Renewal & 3rd Party Inspection
- Chemical Analysis through Computerized Spectrometer operation
- Testing of Sample & keeping records.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with quality standards in steel production processes
- Lead quality control initiatives and implement process improvements
- Conduct risk assessments and drive regulatory compliance efforts
- Provide leadership and guidance to the quality assurance team
- Resolve quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement
- Implement and maintain ERP systems for quality management
- Material rejection should be minimized by customers
- Meet audit criteria
- To maintain MSAF standards ( as per our Policy)
