Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsibilities :

1. Accountable to collaborate with sales excellence stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements
2. Accountable to develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights.
3. Manage IT/ Digital related queries.
4. Ensure timely delivery of new business requirements by coordinating with IT development teams

Requirements, Skills & Competencies:

Work Experience - 8-12 Years.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of DMS and SFA systems, with proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Project Management: Skills to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of new business requirements.

Analytical Abilities: Data-driven insights for optimizing system performance and sales operations.

Communication and Collaboration: Clear and effective communication with stakeholders and manage IT queries and ensure timely delivery of new business requirements.

Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identify and resolve system-related challenges

Technical: Strong understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI and SQL.)

Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to effectively analyze complex data sets, identify trends, patterns, and insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
