Job Overview

We are seeking a Quality Associate to join our team at Sickle Innovations Private Limited. As a Quality Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality for our products. This is a full-time position based in Medchal, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Knowledge of quality control principles and practices
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Identify any quality issues or deviations and recommend corrective actions
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality goals are met
• Conduct product audits to ensure adherence to specifications and regulatory requirements
• Maintain documentation and records related to quality control activities
• Assist in training employees on quality control procedures and practices
