Internal and External Calibrations.

Performance and Outlier Management.

QA based activities and sessions.

Quality Insights for Weekly Reviews.

Weekly Gong Public Library Movement.

Weekly Insights.

Escalation Management.

Audit Accuracy ( QA - VPM and QA - QTL ).

Audit Adherence (All applied frameworks).

Verbal & Documented Feedback & Coaching Adherence.

DSAT Analysis Adherence.

Process Knowledge Test Scores for QA.

What will you need to succeed

Expert on UMM Google Adwords.

DSAT Analysis.

Good knowledge on MS Office (especially on MS Excel, etc)
