Job Description

Quality Analyst (Sales/Collections Background)

We are looking for Quality Analyst for Gurugram Sector 20 Location. Primary Job role would be Audit the decided number of calls and share feedback with the callers and drive improvement.

Candidate should have minimum 1 year of on-paper QA experience.

Should be from Gurugram only (<15 Km distance from Gurugram sector 20)

Good Communication and Analytical Skills

CTC upto 32k/month

Day shift, 6 days working
