Designation : Quality Analyst, Call Auditing

Location : Koramangala, Bangalore.

Reporting : Quality Team Leader

Shift : Day Shift

CTC : up to 3 LPA

Work Experience: minimum 12 months outbound call handling experience and work experience in outbound or customer facing role

Candidate should be fluent in English & Hindi with below languages

Should have good analytical skills Identify root causes by regular RCA with the TLs Handle escalations:

Regional Languages should know along with English & Hindi,

1. English , Bengali, Odia and Assamese

2. English, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam and Tamil

3. English, Hindi, Gujrathi and Marathi

Mode of interview- face to face

Notice period- 15 days

Laptop is mandatory.

Pay: 24,000.00 - 26,000.00 per month
