Quality Analyst

Customer service voice

Mumbai

4.5 LPA

Day shift 5 days working and 2 rotational off

1 + years of experience on paper as a Quality - Analyst in BPO/KPO industry.

Minimum 2- 3 years of Contact Center Experience with Social Media or Complaint Management desired

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to provide exceptional customer care

Analytical & Exceptional time management & listening skills

Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels with internal & external stakeholders of the Company

Process certification will apply in case the candidate does not meet the above criteria
