Qualified Company Secretary with 2 - 5 years in NBFC - Immediate joiner
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- SEBI's LODR compliances with respect to Debt listed securities
- Handled compliance of thirty group companies pertaining to Companies Act, 2013
- Assisted RBI inspection for NBFC and drafting of responses for observations related to Inspection
- Quarterly, half yearly and yearly compliance as per RBI regulations
- Sound knowledge of statutory laws, corporate secretarial compliance
- Advise and assist various clients under Companies law, SEBI Regulations, FEMA / FDI, NBFC, Banking laws, LLP Act, Competition Act and stamp laws including entity set-up, corporate secretarial compliance, company law due diligence, corporate governance and corporate restructuring
