Description
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in the job market of India. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and methodologies.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Conduct quality audits and inspections of products and processes.
- Create and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports and corrective action plans.
- Design and execute experiments to validate new processes and products.
- Provide training to production and engineering teams on quality control procedures and methodologies.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in a quality engineering role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with quality control methodologies and tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Statistical Process Control.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations such as ISO 9001 and AS9100.
- Experience with quality inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and statistical analysis software such as Minitab.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
