Tendering: Assist in the tendering process by analyzing and evaluating contractor bids and proposals.
Budgeting: Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Quantity Take-Off: Perform quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings to determine the materials required for the project.
Value Engineering: Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options without compromising project quality.
Contract Management: Administer construction contracts, including variations, claims, and payments to contractors.
Cost Reporting: Provide regular cost reports and updates to project stakeholders, including clients and management.
