QlikSense Application support Analyst :-
- Technical support for Qliksense and NCC products .
- Service management activities /tasks for the NCC products including troubleshooting for incident , problem and change management
- Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues in Qlik Sense and other systems
- Technical documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation for the systems
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional/product teams to resolve issues
- Administration: Manage licenses, set up permissions, design folder structure, and schedule tasks
- Monitoring: Proactively monitor the Qlik Sense environment to ensure performance and scalability
- Monitor and support automation activities
Desired Skills
2-3 years Proficiency in Qlik Sense, Knowledge of SQL and database management, Experience in providing technical support for critical business systems, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and Excellent communication and collaboration skills
