- Managing a Qlik Sense site using QMC, Manage licenses, Manage tokens and access types, Configure nodes, Manage data connections, Manage content security (by security rules), Manage tasks and triggers, Synchronize content, Synchronize users and developers, Define SOPs for development team tasks and ensure adherence.
- Monitoring a Qlik Sense site using Monitoring apps
- Troubleshooting Qlik Sense using logs
- Set up regular data refresh jobs for all Qlik Sense applications, monitor and ensure zero failures. Will be responsible for writing data extraction scripts with incrementalfull reload, as per case basis. Set up regular maintenance processes for server resources, applications with defined frequency and follow religiously which includes clean-up Server Space, remove all unwanted applications, test applications, related data files and processes
- Set up regular backups, restores. Carry out mock-up tests for recovery using backups, DR Drills Publishing Server Performance Report, Server Utilization Report, Application Utilization Report, Application Performance Report on weekly basis
- Server Sizing Review/Monitor/Raise sizing change requests with proper justifications
- Optimize data extraction process - unwanted data being extracted, wrong joins performed on data - should be monitoring time taken on various jobs and advising optimization measures.
- Will be responsible for installation of latest Qlik Sense Version and test all apps/coordinate
- Play key role in all optimizations/enhancements such as SSO Implementation, mobility etc. Should have very good expertise of development activities and will be required to work as developer as well, wherever required, along with handling daily administration.
- Should be an excellent Team Player, Participates actively and accurately in discussions with stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/IT or related field required, Master's Degree preferred Qlik Sense Certification - Preferred
