Description

We are seeking a highly qualified QC Manager Responsible for ensuring that a company's products meet Quality standards, Developing quality standards, Reviewing Customer requirement , Ensuring compliance , Reducing waste, Monitoring performance at every stage of production, Collaborating with vendors, Inspecting final quality of products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet customer specifications and standards
  • Manage a team of QC inspectors and technicians to ensure that all quality control processes are followed
  • Conduct regular audits of production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and develop solutions to prevent future issues
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO and FDA regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the supply chain

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in quality control management, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and regulations, including ISO and FDA regulations
  • Experience managing a team of QC inspectors and technicians
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with suppliers and customers to ensure quality standards are met

Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech/B.E), Masters in Technology (M.Tech/M.E)
