QC Engineer / INSPECTORS

BE / DME (Mechanical) with Min 5 years Experience (At least 2 Years in Gulf) in Structural Steel (Fabrication Shop)

Minimum Certification Requirement

NDT Level II as per ASNT in UT, RT, PT & MPT- MUST

AWS (CWI) OR CSWIP 3.1 (Certified Welding Inspector) OR NACE Level II (Painting) OR BEGAS (Painting) Preferred

Functional Requirements

Must have Knowledge of Steel Material Inspection, MTC, and Compliance with Drawing Requirements & Project specification

Must be able to Co-ordinate with Production Team, Consultant, Third Party Inspector, Production Team & NDT Team

Must be able to understand Structural drawing, Weld Symbols etc..

Must have fair knowledge of Codes & Standards with Reference to Structural steel Fabrication & Welding

Must be Able to Monitor Welding Progress and Quality of welding

Must have basic Knowledge of Blasting & Painting and related Inspections

Fluent in English Communication and Have Fair Knowledge of QC Report Preparation & Documentation.
