Job Descriptions- Coordinate and liaising with NPRA on product registration matter and premise inspection. Responsible for HALAL application.
Issue non-conforming request (NCR) and follow up until the case is closed.- Develop corrective action activities and follow up on implementation.
Establish Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and Test Method related to Quality Control Department.
- Prepare product specification and Certificate of Analysis (COA) to customer when necessary.
Carry out investigation on product quality defects and liaise with related parties to resolve any problem.- Perform inspection and testing of returned non-confirming finished goods.
Liaise closely and work together with all other department pertaining to quality issues covering raw material, production and finished products.
- Perform inspection of incoming Raw Material & Packaging Material.
Perform quality checking in production line including bulk checking and prepare bulk color according to the BMR.- Performing in-process inspection/sampling of finished goods and conduct product stability studies.
Support preparation of quality inspection plans and procedure.
- Assisting in product testing, troubleshooting and problem solving.
Approve and verify finished goods before deliver to customer.- Monitor and ensure maintenance of reference standards, collect & retain samples in proper order according to planned schedules.
Ensure proper documentations for traceability and smooth production by continuously updating.
- Perform calibration on pH meter.
To undertake any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Possess at least Diploma in any field.- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in skin care/cosmetic manufacturing industries.
Good command of spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
