Job Title: QAD DeveloperExperience:

We are seeking an experienced QAD Developer with a minimum of 8 years of expertise in QAD programming and development, including hands-on experience with non-intrusive programming techniques like ICT. The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate closely with functional leaders and contribute to business process improvements.
Implement, customize, and maintain QAD-related functionalities, using standard QAD or, where necessary, custom developments.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Train, mentor, and guide junior developers, assisting in their onboarding and professional development.
- Lead business process change or optimization initiatives.
Ensure quality deliverables, including documentation for projects transitioned to the support team.
8-10 years of experience
in QAD development, with at least 8 years in QAD programming.non-intrusive programming
(ICT). Knowledge of
EDI, Qxtend, Excelerator, QRF, Maintenance, Inquiry, Browse.
- 3+ years of experience in team leadership, mentoring, and guiding.
Familiarity with QAD Enterprise Edition (QAD EE)
, including development tools like QRF
.- Understanding of key areas like
Supply Chain, Sales & Distribution, and Finance
. Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred Additional Skills:
Experience in the
healthcare domain or
Supply Chain business.
- Basic Progress OpenEdge programming skills.
Familiarity with Scrum or Agile
methodologies.Proactive attitude
with a passion for proposing improvements. Ability to manage multiple assignments independently.
