We are looking for an energetic, engaged individual who is well versed in all manners of QE in an Agile environment to drive automation initiatives for Evernorth program deliverables. Tasks include analyze, create and maintain automation suite using latest cutting-edge technologies. Break down technical problems in automation and come up with solutions by troubleshooting the errors. There are multiple strategical and tactical responsibilities. The successful candidate will be able to work in a rapid-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, interact with all management levels, and be self-managed and motivated.
Responsibilities:
- As QE Automation Engineer, the core focus would be on building innovative capabilities for test automation initiatives.
- Design, develop and maintain test automation scripts, code library, common capabilities to improve automation best practices and coding guidelines.
- Build and maintain reliable, scalable and high-performance automation solutions to improve the automation quality.
- Design, Develop the QE aspects of the DevOps and CI/CD pipeline.
- Analyze the automation script failures and provide the fixes to meet end-user requirements.
- Implement new automation tools and technologies to streamline the quality process.
- Contribute to the automation engineering activities throughout the SDLC to improve Continuous Integration and deployment process.

Required Experience & Education: (Automation Testing - Mandatory)
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering and QE Automation.
- 4+ years of experience in Selenium automation with BDD, TestNG/JUnit Framework with Java.
- Experience in API Automation with REST Assured.
- Experience in automating both UI (Front End applications) & API (SOAP, REST) functionalities.
- Experience in performing automation using Cypress and Cypress Cloud.
- Proficient in any one of the programming language Java, Typescript/JavaScript.
- Thorough understanding of Devops practices and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab.
- Proven experience with SQL, Agile, Jira, SOAP UI/Post Man, Web Services testing and ETL testing.
- College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.
Desired Experience:
- Experience on Robotics Process Automation (RPA) using UIPath (Optional)
- Exposure to OpenShift, PCF and AWS
- Healthcare experience including PBM business model.
- Coaching of team members
