Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical specifications
- Execute manual and automated tests to verify software functionality, performance, and reliability
- Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking systems
- Conduct regression testing to ensure that previously identified defects have been resolved
- Participate in release planning and deployment activities to ensure smooth product releases
- Provide feedback to development teams on usability, performance, and quality issues
- Work closely with QA automation engineers to automate test cases and improve testing efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a QA Tester or similar role
