Position Description
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Ensure thorough testing covering all functional and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct manual and automated testing as required.
- Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team.
- Provide training and support to QA team members.
- Assign tasks and manage workload distribution within the team.
- Work closely with development teams to understand product requirements.
- Communicate test results, issues, and risks to project stakeholders.
- Provide feedback on product quality and usability.
- Prepare and present detailed test reports and quality metrics.
Requirements And Skills
- Experience in Banking domain
- Experience in Manual and Automated testing of Web based application
- Experience in Functional, System, Regression testing using Manual and Automated Testing tools like Selenium Web Driver
- Good knowledge on Model driven testing using ConformIQ tool
- Selenium Automation Testing with JAVA language
- Should have good working knowledge on understanding functional specifications, business requirements, and use cases and translate these requirements into test cases.
- Experience in Test Management tools like Jira, confluence
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Should have worked effectively within an Agile development methodology and participate in ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement etc. ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement etc.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
