As QA QMS, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality management system of our organization is effectively implemented and maintained. As a QA Qms, your main responsibility will be to oversee quality management system activities and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement quality improvements, evaluate and develop corrective and preventive actions, and conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to established procedures.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve the effectiveness of the quality management system (QMS)
- Develop, implement, and maintain QMS policies and procedures in accordance with industry regulations
- Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with established standards and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure processes and documentation are accurate, up to date, and in compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Manage and document non-conformance and customer complaint processes
- Train employees on quality management system processes and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as pharmaceutical sciences or quality management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines
- Familiarity with quality management systems and their implementation
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
