The ideal candidate will be Leading Quality activities at TREI, both at the corporate level and in projects, coordinating and supervising the QA and site QC activities. Candidate should possess at least 10 years of experience in Quality Management in Engineering Companies in the oil and gas sector, of which 5 years as QA/QC Manager.
Responsibilities
- ISO 9001 Quality Management System: Maintenance and Improvement.
- Setting and monitoring of Quality Objectives.
- Development and updating of Quality documentation and procedures.
- Carrying out QMS Audits, both at corporate level and projects (HO, Site, suppliers and subcontractors).
- Monitoring of the non-conformities and corrective actions.
- Establishment and Monitoring of KPIs, as well as promoting the analysis of results and the implementation of actions.
- Coordination with the engineering team to ensure quality in the design phase and verify that purchase orders requisitions for equipment and materials meet contractual requirements.
- Project procedures reviewing.
- Qualification and evaluation of Suppliers and Subcontractors.
- Coordination and supervision of the QA/QC team.
- Coordination and supervision of QC activities for projects:
- ITPs management (production, review and approval)
- Welding procedures management.
- Subcontractor quality documentation.
Other Knowledge and Qualifications:
- ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems training course.
- ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System - Lead Auditor Certification.
- IRCA registration will be positively valued.
- Welding and NDT Inspector Certificate
- Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ). Use of macros and pivot tables with Excel Software
Experience:
- University Degree in Engineering
- At least 7 to 12 years in Implementation of QMS in engineering companies in oil & gas sector.
- QMS ISO 9001 audits At least 5 years as Lead Auditor.
- Implementation of Quality Plans in Projects.
- Establishment and monitoring of KPIs.
- Familiar with WPS/PQR, NDTs.
- Supervision of quality inspection at site.
- Management of final project documentation.
